The Iranian composer/setarist Anoosh Jahanshahi, first performed his compositions of new settings of poems from Hafez, in the classical Persian style (musighi-e assil), at the Glasgow Print Studio on 4 September 2005. He has subsequently been invited to perform his music at the Lewes Live Arts Festival in October 2006 and at St Thomos’ Cathedral Portsmouth on 17 September 2007.

His music forms the sound track for the animation film, Tongue of the Hidden.
